The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) is a member-based organization committed to advancing the field of pastoral ministry to young people.
After departing with their in-house marketing head, NFCYM came to us needing a more robust and scalable solution. With a reach of tens of thousands of Catholics, there were many challenges to effectively market their mission in a changing market. Their limited bandwitdh and growing impact meant a creative solution was required.
We stepped in as consultants and facilitated a strategy sprint with their executive team, identifying their core purpose and vision for the future of youth ministry. We challenged them to think outside the box and to endeavor a bolder move to connect with young people.
Working together, we moved strategically to modernize their brand and build awareness to their mission. New materials came quickly after, with a brand new website experience and social outreach campaign. The public perception shifted from “institutional organization” to “organizers of community.”
Today, NFCYM sees continued growth in their overall membership base, reduced workflow and operational bottlenecks, thousands of more followers, and a reinvigorated team.
